My compensation is very competitive either 80/20/, 90/10 or 95/5 depending on the years of experience.   • The broker is a certified trainer coach in Business and such training will be provided to all Sales associates.
  • The broker Is responsible for all social media Branding and Strategy, including but not limited to: Facebook, Linked-in, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter. Existing WebSite structure or creating a new one if need be,
  • The broker will provide 2 blogs a month for each Associate promoting the Sales Associate and his/her listings..
  • The broker will not represent any buyers or sellers, therefore all referrals will be going to all sales associates.accordingly.
  • The broker will charge sales associate zero fees
  • Zero fees to buyers
  • The broker will meet with Sales Associate once a month for tuning more needs and wants to win/win results

A preferred Title Company offering incentives like :

  • Free credit repair for buyer and seller on every closing..
  • Discounts for Community Heroes (firefighters, police, teachers, nurses EMT),
  • A discount program for Realtors for cell service, office supplies, promotional items, copiers, shipping, electronic etc.),
  • A mobile app for net sheets, cash to close, loan estimators Accesses to free or very inexpensive CE classes.
  • Mailing lists for geographic farms with filters for the length of time owned, ethnicity, occupation, size of home etc

A preferred Lender offering incentives like:

  • 25% credit toward Sales Associate choice of lead generation program, if you wish to have one.

Sales Associate “You” expectations

  • To pay for all business cards “ in accordance with the guide Lines” with a template provided by the Broker. An associate is responsible for copies, papers and all other materials needed to function as a “Sales Associate”
  • To carry proper vehicle insurance
  • To keep Florida real estate license up to date
  • To pay for all MLS and Board dues
  • To provide complete files with compliance with the DPBR prior to closing.
  • Responsible for the fees of an independent transaction coordinator “provided by the broker “but paid directly by the associate.“Sales Associate” may contact “Broker” any day of the week from 9:00 am up to 7:00 pm
